Installation Only
Already purchased your plunge pool?
From the moment it’s ordered, we take care of everything on site, permits, base preparation, placement, plumbing, equipment and commissioning, to get you swimming without the stress.

01
You Select & Purchase Your Pool
You work directly with the manufacturer to choose your pool model, tile selection, upgrades and equipment package.
All product decisions and the pool payment schedule remain between you and the supplier.
Once your pool is ordered, that’s where we step in.
02
Site Assessment
We meet you on site to understand how the pool will sit within your space and how you plan to use the area once it’s complete.
We’ll review access, ground conditions and services, ensuring the installation is planned around what will work best on your property.
Following the visit, we prepare a considered quote for the installation of your purchased plunge pool.
If required, we’ll have the crane company assess access, and any council pre-approval can be arranged on your behalf subject to payment of the applicable fees.

03
Soil Test, Base Design & Permits
With the project moving forward, we organise the technical foundations. This includes arranging a soil test, coordinating the engineered base design and preparing any required permit applications. These steps ensure the pool is designed specifically for your site and installed in line with all compliance requirements.
We’ll keep you updated as each approval progresses so there are no unknowns.
04
Preperation & Scheduling
With the technical work underway, we confirm timelines and coordinate the moving parts. This includes scheduling trades and planning delivery and crane access so everything aligns seamlessly on installation day.

05
Delivery & Installation
Once permits are approved and your pool has been manufactured, we prepare the site in line with the engineer’s base design. We coordinate delivery and crane logistics, ensuring the pool arrives and is placed with precision and care.
From there, our team completes all on-site works, electrical connections, plumbing and equipment setup, bringing the project together and ready for handover.
Temporary fencing is installed for safety (POA – excluded from standard pricing) and a water truck is arranged to fill the pool.
06
Final Handover
Our team returns to carry out the first water test, balance the pool and complete a personal handover with you. We’ll guide you through equipment operation, maintenance and simple day-to-day care so you feel completely confident with your new pool.
And then comes the moment it’s all been for — your first swim.
