Do I need council approval?
Yes, but the best part is, we handle all of that for you. We manage the building surveyor, permits and compliance process from start to finish to keep everything simple and stress-free.
At handover your pool equipment will be fully set up and connected, the pool will be filled, initially dosed and running. To get you swimming sooner, we recommend using temporary fencing while your landscaping and permanent fencing are completed so you can enjoy your pool straight away. We’ll walk you through how to look after and maintain your pool, and we recommend anyone who will be using the equipment or managing maintenance joins our training session so everyone feels confident from day one
What Happens at Handover?
Do I need to organise different trades myself?
Our team includes all the key trades needed to complete your plunge pool installation, meaning you don’t have to manage multiple contractors. If you’re planning permanent fencing, landscaping or decking, we can help guide and coordinate those next steps to bring your whole backyard vision together.
Because the pools are precast in fixed moulds, we can’t alter the shape or dimensions. We’ll work with you to select the best size and layout for your backyard and tailor the surrounds, finishes and equipment to suit your style.
Can the pool design be customised?
How long does the permit process take?
Most standard building permits are issued within 4–8 weeks. Where planning permits, overlays, or additional approvals are required, the timeframe can be longer. We manage this process for you and keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.
